Pay range is based on experience from $17.00/hr to $19.00/hr ezcorp is hiring Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) to join our team. This role focuses on customer service, leadership, and retail operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities- You will provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
- Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement while ensuring a friendly, courteous, and respectful store environment that differentiates EZPAWN.
- Perform opening and closing store procedures.
- Process loans and extensions; negotiate terms with customers; handle items to be pawned.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics, etc.) is a plus
- Sales background and bilingual ability are pluses
