Rogers is seeking candidates with at least two years of sales experience, preferably in telecommunications. This role focuses on consulting with existing customers to identify opportunities for service upgrades and optimization. Robust time management and sales strategy application are crucial for achieving monthly minimums and maximizing your earnings through commission.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations with small‑medium business clients
- Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for upselling services
- Achieve monthly sales targets for commission bonuses
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC is a plus
- Solid verbal communication skills
- Available Monday to Friday, 10:00AM to 5:00PM EST
- Reside in designated provinces across Canada
