As our Receptionist, you'll be the heart of our office, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors or calls us.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring our office runs smoothly, helping our clients feel comfortable, assisting with bill payments, and supporting our agents as they provide essential financial guidance. Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, text messages, and return voicemails.
Manage appointment schedules for agents and ensure smooth client flow.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Handle client billing inquiries and call on missed or delinquent payments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Customer-service oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage schedules efficiently.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus.
