Position: Department Manager (Stores)
Big Y - 535 Monroe Turnpike - Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product;
Supervise all functions in the deli department including ordering, production, decision making, customer and employee engagement, employee development;
Achieve sales and operational results while maintaining an inclusive team atmosphere within the department, store and company;
Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and procedures including labor regulations, asset protection and food safety;
Operate within and enforce company policies and standards and cross-train in other areas as needed
