Electrical Safety Professional / Energy Marshal – Monroe, Louisiana

Leading American construction contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Safety Professional / Energy Marshal to support a long-term hyperscale data center construction project in Monroe.

This role will focus on electrical safety compliance, LOTO coordination, energized work controls, and supporting safe energization processes across a large-scale mission‑critical construction environment. • Manage and oversee electrical safety procedures on site
• Support LOTO, commissioning, and energization activities
• Conduct audits, inspections, and field observations
• Review energized work permits and switching procedures
• Support subcontractors and site leadership on electrical safety compliance
• Promote safe work practices across all phases of construction

• Experience in electrical safety, commissioning, or energy isolation on construction or industrial projects
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA standards, and LOTO procedures
• Data center, mission‑critical, or large‑scale construction experience preferred
• Strong communication and field coordination skills
