We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC/CPNP-AC) for a locum tenens hospitalist position in Monroe, NC. This is an inpatient nocturnist role with 14-hour night shifts. The provider will manage an average of 6.5 patients per shift in a non-ICU, no-procedures setting using the EPIC EMR system.

  Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Hospitalist (Nocturnist)
• Setting:
  Inpatient pediatric hospitalist (no ICU, no procedures, no clinic)
• Shift Structure: 14-hour night shifts (5p – 7a)
• Patient Load:
  Average 6.5 patients per shift
• EMR: EPIC
• Start: ASAP – ongoing locum tenens contract
• Licensing:
  Active North Carolina license required (Only NC-licensed applicants considered)
• Providers:
  One provider requested; site will consider all availability

• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification (PNP-AC or CPNP-AC) and experience
• Active North Carolina license
• Hospitalist or inpatient pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a nocturnist role
• BLS/ACLS
