Description
Garden View Landscape, Nursery & Pools is looking for an experienced landscape construction professional with experience as an Estimator or the knowledge, field experience and organizational skills to learn the position.
We are a high‑end outdoor construction company specializing in complete landscape, pool, hardscape, irrigation, lighting, masonry, carpentry, outdoor living, and design/build projects. We are looking for someone who understands construction, can read plans, build accurate estimates, and help turn detailed designs into well‑organized scopes of work.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing plans, drawings, site photos, and project notes.
- Performing quantity takeoffs.
- Estimating labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and general conditions.
- Working with designers, project managers, sales, and production teams.
- Creating organized scopes of work and cost breakdowns.
