Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting & Finance

Responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice entry, approval coordination, and payment processing. Assists with monthly close activities, and the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Maintains accurate account reconciliations and supporting work papers to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.

• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
• Match invoices with receiving documents and purchase orders.
• Enter data in GL system and pay invoices.
• Report use tax by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
• Research past due balances and vendor payment issues.
• Perform daily revenue audits and investigate variances.
• Post journal entries into the general ledger.
• Prepare daily revenue report for Directors.
• Create and update Excel based reports.
• Perform reconciliations and other financial projects as assigned.

• IA Gaming License or ability to obtain.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be highly organized and possess the ability to multi-task.

Full‑time that varies based on events and holidays and includes days.

Starting at $19.50/hour (including premium pay) and 40 hours of Paid Time Off upon hire
