Our Registered Nurse (RN) oversees and coordinates all aspects of client medical care to ensure high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role collaborates with healthcare providers, staff, and families to support care planning and promote overall well‑being.
Position Offers- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation: $100,000–$113,000 per year (DOE)
- $3,000 sign‑on bonus after 90 days

- Coordinate and manage client medical care and appointments
- Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and families
- Monitor client health status and support individualized care planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Supervise and mentor staff on clinical practices and protocols
- Provide guidance on healthcare policies and procedures
- Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- At least 1 year of experience in care coordination, health administration, or clinical care
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in child welfare
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
