Eastland Sub-Acute & Rehabilitation is a 139-bed facility that provides sub-acute and rehabilitative services for patients with functional deficits as a result of medical procedures, debilitating illnesses, or injuries resulting in a hospital stay.

We are seeking to hire Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team! Looking for a Full‑Time PM & NOC Shift with Sub‑Acute Experience.

We are a skilled nursing facility looking for dynamic associates to join our clinical team and provide our residents with a best‑in‑class experience.

• Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19, including booster(s)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Compassion towards residents and their families

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings
• Organizational skills required to keep the unit running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

$21‑$23 per hour, depending on factors including location, scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
