* Summary:

** The Technical Support Analyst I shall be responsible to provide first-level technical support to end-users. This role will involve troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and to ensure that all desktop systems operate smoothly and efficiently. This position will require a solid understanding of computer systems and excellent problem-solving skills. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.
** Education/

Experience:

** High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree in a field of study relevant to the current position required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar or related role required; however, candidates with an equivalent combination of experience, education, certification, and demonstrated proficiency in a similar or related role will also be considered.
** Licensure/Certification:
** One or more current, industry standard certifications preferred (CompTIA ITF+ CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, HDI Support Center Analyst, Cisco Certified Technician, etc.).
** Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
*** Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and networking.
* Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication skills to interact with users and understand their support needs.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools.
* Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
* Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
