Location: Bethesda North Hospital, 10500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Work Hours- Full-time: 80 hours bi-weekly
- Evening shift
- Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotations

- Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required)
- Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or Technology, Chemical or Biological Science (Required)
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a related clinical field (Preferred)
- ASCP certification or AMT certification is required
This position is responsible for performing a full range of laboratory tests, confirming the accuracy of test results, and reporting laboratory findings to physicians. This role may work in major laboratory areas including Transfusion Service, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry and Fibrinolysis. It operates and maintains a variety of laboratory instruments, uses the laboratory information system in performance of duties, and adheres to established policies and procedures.
The position works under supervision but operates independently for specimen processing, test performance, and result reporting; direct supervision is not required for these tasks.
