Registered Nurse - Outpatient Endoscopy Center

Full Time Day Shift - Tri Health Bethesda North Hospital

Location:

10600 Montgomery Rd Suite 300, Montgomery, OH 45242

Work Schedule:
  • Full Time Days (40 hrs/week)
  • 7am - 3:30pm
  • No weekends, holidays or call

Job Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree - Nursing (Required)
  • New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire (Required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
  • Outpatient/Ambulatory RN experience strongly preferred
  • Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
  • ACLS PALS required or must be obtained within six months of hire
  • BLS required
  • Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs at various stages of the life cycle
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial and ongoing patient/family assessments and document per policy.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care based on patient needs and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to establish goals and discharge plans.
  • Provide safe, ethical, and patient-centered care respecting diversity, dignity, and autonomy.
  • Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and monitor patient responses.
  • Accurately execute and communicate physician orders and clinical information.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
  • Perform technical skills and operate equipment according to policy and standards.
  • Support unit operations through documentation, charge/resource roles, staff education, and professional development.
