Experienced Construction Project Manager

This role focuses on leading construction projects from pre-construction phases to completion. You'll leverage your knowledge of construction methods while cultivating positive client and vendor relationships. Your leadership and effective problem-solving skills will play a crucial role in enhancing team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize execution of construction projects
• Establish and maintain positive client and vendor relationships
• Prepare detailed construction schedules and monitor progress
• Compile and issue progress reports on project status
• Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure quality of work
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management
• Strong command of construction contracts and methods
• Experience with construction management software
• Ability to interpret construction drawings effectively
• Relevant education or designations such as PMP or Gold Seal
