Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Network Support Specialist to support operational enterprise environments. The role supports secure WAN/LAN infrastructure used for multi‑national defense‑aligned operational training and network exercise activities.

This is a hands‑on operational networking role within a secure environment focused on enterprise routing/switching support, network troubleshooting, operational maintenance, incident response, and infrastructure support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructure

Troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching environments

Investigate and resolve network connectivity issues

Support routing environments involving OSPF and BGP

Support VLANs, ACLs, STP, GRE/tunneling technologies

Participate in incident management and operational support activities

Implement approved configuration changes through change management

Support network upgrades, migrations, hardware installations, and staging

Required Qualifications

Cisco routing & switching troubleshooting

OSPF/BGP fundamentals and troubleshooting

Experience in secure enterprise or federal government environments

Ability to work onsite within secure federal facilities

Preferred Qualifications

NATO Secret or Top Secret clearance

Palo Alto / Fortinet experience

Enterprise firewall support experience

Compensation
Salary Range:  $80.00 – $100.00 per hour
