As a key team member reporting to the Manager of IDD Modern Workplace & Platform Services, you will ensure secure corporate operations while working alongside IT and stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to provide Tier 2 support for device-related issues, ensuring an optimal user experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate workstation and mobility device standards

• Facilitate Endpoint Deployment Communications

• Offer Tier 2 support for device issues and escalate when necessary

• Oversee compliance through Service Now Queues

• Create documentation and reports for leadership

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT technology operations experience

• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in Intune and MECM/SCCM is a plus

• Accountability and reliability in delivering results

• Effective communication and analytical thinking skills
