In this specialist role, you will support A220 customers globally from the Technical Help Desk team. The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, requiring your expertise to troubleshoot aircraft systems and structures effectively. You'll respond to customer inquiries, ensuring quality and prompt resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address technical and troubleshooting inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Field Services teams
• Perform assessments on structural damage for repairs
• Develop troubleshooting action plans for systems
• Ensure first-time quality in customer responses
Requirements:
• AME Licence M or E and/or Bachelor’s in aviation
• 3 to 5 years in aircraft maintenance or engineering
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and structures
• Effective communication in French and English
• Customer support experience in technical roles
