Key Responsibilities:
• Offer hands-on desktop and Office applications support
• Lead laptop refresh initiatives using Intune
• Apply imaging and configuration for devices
• Facilitate data migration and resolve hardware issues
• Oversee IT asset management protocols
Requirements:
• Bilingual English and French proficiency
• Four years of verified IT support experience
• Three years in laptop refresh processes
• Knowledge of endpoint security measures
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware setups
