We seek compassionate RPNs/LPNs to join our team, offering nursing services across a diverse patient age range from pediatric to geriatric. This night shift role involves delivering palliative care and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient support. You will document patient statuses and adhere to established nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Ensure dignity and comfort in palliative care
• Maintain accurate records and patient communication
• Work with various community and healthcare resources
• Keep up with evidence-based practices and regulations
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Registration as an RPN or LPN in good standing
• Valid CPR certification
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license
• Commitment to working night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00
