Key Responsibilities:
• Administer nursing care and therapeutic programs
• Evaluate and implement patient care and discharge plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care
• Advocate for patient well-being and effective treatment
• Facilitate peer learning and teaching in nursing practices
Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing required (Diploma or Baccalaureate)
• At least one year nursing experience related to specialty
• Registration or eligibility with Yukon Registered Nurses Association
• Current C.P.R certification
• A.C.L.S. certification preferred
