Position: Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per policies and physician’s orders

• Ensure effective delivery of nursing and personal care

• Foster a welcoming environment through teamwork

• Oversee resident communication and family guidance

• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College

• Experience in Geriatrics or senior health is an asset

• Strong judgement and risk identification skills

• Ability to cultivate a positive work environment

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check is required
