CNC Programmer

We’re working with a well‑established precision machining shop in the Tulsa area that is looking to add a CNC Programmer to their team. This is a hands‑on role supporting complex machining operations with a strong emphasis on ESPRIT programming
.

• Create and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT for mills and lathes
• Work closely with machinists and shop floor personnel to prove out programs
• Interpret engineering drawings,
  GD&T, and customer specs
• Select tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies for efficiency and quality
• Troubleshoot and improve existing programs to reduce cycle times and scrap
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the shop

• Strong hands‑on experience with ESPRIT (required)
• Background programming CNC mills and/or lathes
• Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Experience in a job shop or high‑mix, low‑volume environment is a plus

• Typically in the $35–$45/hr range (depending on experience)
• Stable hours, established team, and long‑term opportunity
