Enterprise Platform Architect

Position Overview

This role is responsible for shaping the long‑term technology vision and enterprise architecture strategy. It drives innovation at scale, influences industry direction, and ensures architectural integrity across all platforms and programs. The position partners with executive leadership to define technology investments, sets global standards, and leads transformative initiatives that position the organization as a leader in its domain.

• Define and communicate the organization’s multi‑year technology strategy and architecture roadmap.
• Establish global architecture principles, standards, and governance models.
• Advise C‑suite and senior leadership on technology trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
• Influence business strategy through technology innovation and architectural foresight.
• Drive thought leadership and contribute to industry best practices.
• Lead enterprise‑wide adoption of emerging technologies and modern architecture paradigms.
• Sponsor and oversee high‑impact proof‑of‑concepts and strategic technology investments.
• Mentor senior architects and engineering leaders, building a strong architecture community.
• Shape organizational capability in architecture and technology leadership.

• Typically has a Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience, or a PhD/MD with 10+ years.
• Demonstrated outstanding accomplishments internally and externally.
• Established followership and recognized expertise in the subject area.
• Active participation in professional training, regional trainings, and external professional societies.
• Published in high‑quality publications and media opportunities.
• Proficiency in using AI tools skillfully, with a strong understanding of developing intelligent prompts and/or agents.
• Proven track record of influencing technology strategy at an organizational or industry scale.
• Deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems, security, and data platforms.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence at the highest levels and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
