- BSIE or BS and equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Continuous Process Improvement with demonstrated success
- Experience and capability to mentor others utilizing continuous improvement tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Standard Work, 3S, Pull Systems, 1 piece flow, 8 types of waste, kanban implementation, line balance, OEE, SMED, brainstorming)
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical software packages such as Minitab
- Technical experience and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading continuous improvement events
- Work independently with little or no supervision
- Experience in statistical and mathematical analysis
