Academy Sports + Outdoors - - 130 Terrace Ln - Responsibilities:
Overall management responsibility for the execution and operational excellence of the entire store.;
Manage Hardlines and Softlines Sales and participate in personnel decisions including hiring, training, discipline, termination, and development.;
Provide departmental direction to the Hardlines and Softlines Sales team and supervise Team Leads to ensure exceptional customer service.;
Develop and implement strategies to achieve weekly and monthly operational goals, including sales, staffing, training, payroll hours, and scheduling.;
Audit firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law (ATF Form 4473) and conduct background checks; approve final sale.
