We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Executive Officer
to lead a multi-location equipment dealership group based in
Maryland.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the business, shape the leadership structure, and drive long-term growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proven dealership executive who thrives in transformation environments and wants the autonomy to build, lead, and scale an organization as if it were their own business.

Overall yearly compensation for this role is $350,000

• Lead the organization through a new transition and stabilization period
• Build and structure the executive and leadership team, including hiring key leaders
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, growth initiatives, and long-term planning
• Oversee all operations across multiple dealership locations
• Drive profitability, operational discipline, and scalable growth
• Manage manufacturer relationships and key strategic partnerships
• Position the organization for future expansion
• Establish clear accountability, performance expectations, and culture across the company

• 5+ years of VP-level or higher leadership experience within a construction or agricultural equipment dealership required
• Strong business-building mindset with the ability to treat the organization as your own
• Experience navigating change, operational gaps, and growth expectations
• Merger and acquisition experience preferred but not required
• Equipment dealership background is highly preferred
