Job SummaryWe are hiring a seasoned Full Stack Tech Lead to lead the creation, development, and refinement of high-performing web applications. This role entails pushing the boundaries of front and back-end development while steering a team of engineers towards innovative software design and delivery. The perfect candidate will exhibit deep technical prowess in React, NodeJS, and JavaScript, coupled with leadership qualities to foster collaboration and drive projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and develop comprehensive software solutions translating both business and technical needs into high-quality code.
- Ensure the seamless integration of APIs, databases, and cloud services, maintaining backward compatibility and high responsiveness.
- Uphold quality and performance by enforcing test coverage and optimization practices across all development stages.
- Lead and nurture the engineering team, setting benchmarks for coding standards and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration.
- Remain engaged with emerging technology trends, advocating for the continuous evolution of the technology stack to meet infrastructure and scalability challenges.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), NodeJS, and React
JS. - Strong experience with SQL databases, particularly Postgre
SQL. - Expertise in AWS cloud services and Dev Ops workflows.
- Prior experience working with large-scale enterprise systems, preferably ERP or CMS, is highly desirable.
The role demands a passion for building responsive and scalable web applications, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example in a collaborative environment.
