What You’ll Do- Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client site, build on site, and demo.
- Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
- Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem‑solving during deployment and integration phases.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
- Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
- Help identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
- Assist in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
- Keep informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.
- Visit new places and meet interesting people in the heart of healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Foundational knowledge of full‑stack engineering principles and system design.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java script, React, and SQL.
- Experience building 0‑1 products
- Demonstrated strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, client‑focused healthcare environment.
