Job Summary
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor colleagues, train team members, and create reusable artifacts.
- 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience.
- 5+ years of database experience (e.g., SQL, No
SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis). - 7+ years of consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
- 5+ years of software development with object‑oriented languages.
- 3+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS or equivalent) design, system, network, and operating system experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience architecting and delivering enterprise‑scale cloud solutions, with deep expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
- 3+ years of consulting experience working with enterprise customers.
- 5+ years of experience with microservices and distributed systems implementation on cloud with one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js, .NET).
- Associate’s degree or higher, or AWS Professional level certification.
- Experience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Proficiency with a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation).
This position requires onsite presence at an AWS office or customer sites; it is not a remote role.
