Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Product Manager Jobs in USA, CA, Mountain View | Rose International Job

** Only qualified Product Manager candidates located near the Mountain View, CA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence**
* Education Required:
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or equivalent

    Education Preferred:

MS in a technical field or MBA a plus (equivalent professional experience will be considered)

    Required Skills:
  • Products at scale
  • Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle - CI/CD, deployment, incident management, observability, and production operations - and how AI is restructuring each
  • Hands-on experience with or deep curiosity about agentic AI systems: agent identity, MCP/skill-based tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and the failure modes that emerge when agents operate in production
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive adoption of platform capabilities across large engineering organizations without direct authority
  • Strong command of developer velocity metrics - DORA metrics, deployment frequency, lead time to change, MTTR, change failure rate - and experience tying platform investments to measurable outcomes
  • Experimental mindset: comfortable operating in a domain where the technology is evolving weekly and where product strategy must adapt as the model landscape, agent capabilities, and internal needs shift
  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor - able to hold a multi-year platform vision while driving near-term delivery on foundational use cases
  • Strong communication and influence skills, including a proven ability to shape strategic decisions with senior cross-functional partners across engineering, security, legal, and executive leadership
  • Bias for action, self-starter mindset, and high tolerance for ambiguity - the outer loop is not a defined product surface; it is a structural rebuild of how software is delivered and operated

    Duties:
  • Join Client PDX team as a Senior Staff Product Manager focused on the Outer Loop - the delivery, deployment, operations, and reliability layer of Client AI-native platform
  • Our charter is 3x Developer Velocity: measurably tripling the speed at which Client 8,000+ developers move from idea to production. The Outer Loop is where code ships, where agents operate in production, and where the platform must heal itself without human intervention. This is not a tooling-improvement role. It is a structural rebuild of how software is delivered, operated, and maintained in the AI era
  • You will own the product strategy for the hardest part of the 3x mission: making the outer loop AI-native end-to-end - from CI/CD pipelines that verify non-deterministic agent output, to autonomous incident triage that closes RCAs without paging an engineer, to agent identity and access infrastructure that keeps production safe as agentic workloads scale. The use cases are defined. The platform gaps are real.

    The urgency is high
  • This role sits at the intersection of platform infrastructure, AI agent operations, and production reliability - partnering across IKS, Traffic, CaaS, ODL, and identity teams to deliver the 18 outer loop use cases that define Client AI-native platform strategy
    • ** Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**
    • ** Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
