About the roleOwn verification of our AI compute core - tensor pipelines, MAC arrays, accumulator logic, and the compute memory interconnect. Work with chip-design and software teams driving Density
AI's AI accelerator program from first silicon through scale-out.
- Own verification of our AI compute core - tensor pipelines, MAC arrays, accumulator logic, and the compute memory interconnect.
- Use and develop AI-assisted tool flows to accelerate datapath verification timelines.
- Exceptional abilities in datapath verification (tensor pipelines, MAC arrays, FP / INT accumulators) using System Verilog and UVM
- 5+ years verifying compute-heavy ASIC blocks (GPU, NPU, DSP, or AI accelerator)
- Strong understanding of numerical correctness (FP rounding, denormals, saturation) and golden-model comparison
- Hands-on with constrained-random verification, coverage-driven closure, and debug across long pipelines
- Optional:
Formal methods, custom golden models in C / C++ / Python, ML-framework familiarity, or post-silicon datapath bring-up
Base salary: $180k – $320k USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Final offers depend on level, location, and skills relevant to the role. Additional compensation: equity grant per company guidelines; medical / dental / vision; 401(k); standard PTO. Discussed in detail during the interview.
