Position: Associate / Assistant Manager
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Chartered Accountants to join our Statutory Audit team. The candidate will be responsible for executing statutory audits, financial statement reviews, regulatory compliance assessments, and supporting clients across diverse industries. The role offers exposure to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, audit methodologies, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
For Freshly Qualified CA
Perform statutory audits of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
Execute audit procedures and prepare audit working papers.
Verify financial statements and supporting schedules.
Review accounting records and identify audit observations.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, Companies Act provisions, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in preparing audit reports, management letters, and financial statements.
Coordinate with client finance teams for information and documentation.
Support internal quality reviews and audit documentation requirements.

For Assistant Manager Level
Lead and manage statutory audit assignments independently.
Plan audits, assess risks, and develop audit strategies.
Review work performed by team members and provide guidance.
Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
Review financial statements under Indian GAAP and Ind AS.
Identify key audit issues and discuss findings with clients and engagement managers.
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.
Manage client relationships and address audit-related queries.
Assist in business development initiatives and proposal preparation.
Mentor and train junior team members.
