Lead Enterprise Architect
Role
Key Responsibilities
13-15 years of experience in leading Enterprise Architecture planning, consulting and solutioning,
The Enterprise Architect (EA) is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology strategies that align with business goals. The EA will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to create a cohesive IT, ensuring that systems are scalable, secure, and effectively integrated.
Architecture Design:
Lead the design and development of architecture solutions.
An Enterprise Architect designs and oversees the organization's IT Landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals. He assesses current systems, develop strategic plans, and integrate new technologies.
Key responsibilities include creating architectural models, guiding IT projects, and maintaining security and scalability standards.
They develop and maintain architectural frameworks, design systems and processes, and guide the integration of technology solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of both technology and business processes are essential.
Technical Solution/System Design:
Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems, including their integration with existing infrastructure.
Create architectural blueprints and documentation, including system components, interfaces, and data flows.
Strong proficiency in OOPS concepts with JAVA, .NET and worked in RESTful APIS Architecture.
Hands on experience in Microservices and Orchestration
Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirement to design technical solution
Develop scalable architecture and good expertise on Cloud technologies.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns with the organization's business strategy.
Provide strategic guidance on IT investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology trends.
Technology:
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that meet the organization's needs and strategic goals.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to advise on potential innovations.
Standards and Governance:
Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and assess the performance of IT systems and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
Address and resolve architectural issues and technical challenges.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system design and integration.
Ensure that systems are secure and resilient against potential threats.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, decisions, and changes.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on architectural initiatives and progress.
Qualification and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) would be a plus.
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role, with a strong track record in system design and implementation.
Deep knowledge of architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience with enterprise software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
