About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling manufacturing and operations excellence firm, we partner with Tier-1 OEMs and global industrial players to drive lean transformation, process efficiency, and shop-floor innovation across automotive, electronics, and discrete manufacturing sectors. Our TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Managers are the heartbeat of operational reliability—embedding proactive maintenance culture, maximizing OEE, and eliminating downtime through cross-functional leadership and data-driven execution. Role & Responsibilities
Lead TPM implementation across manufacturing sites: establish autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, and focused improvement pillars with cross-functional teams.
Develop and monitor KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF) to drive continuous improvement and ensure 95%+ equipment availability.
Train and certify shop-floor operators on TPM fundamentals, 5S, and visual management to embed ownership and discipline.
Facilitate Kaizen events and root-cause analysis (RCA) using tools like 5-Why, Fishbone, and Pareto to reduce breakdowns and improve machine reliability.
Collaborate with Plant Managers and Engineering to align TPM strategy with production targets and capital upgrade roadmaps.
Build and maintain TPM audit systems, scorecards, and digital dashboards to track compliance, progress, and ROI.
