Established company looking for a self sufficient HR Generalist to work alongside HR Manager in a manufacturing setting to assist with day to day HR tasks.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel
Experience with employee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, new hire training, safety training & understanding of workers compensation
Ability to connect with others using strong communication skills
Solid multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Focused on delivering results while effectively working in a team
