Position: 2nd Shift Supply Chain Specialist - 2:30pm to 11:00pm

2nd Shift Supply Chain Specialist

Shift: 2:30pm – 11:00pm, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.

Experience: Entry Level

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

We are seeking a Medical Supply Chain Specialist to manage all aspects of the medical supply chain, from receiving to shipping, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing all medical supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure the best pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Utilize freight management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

    Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical supply chain management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Handle any supply chain issues that arise, such as delays in delivery or damage to goods.
  • Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical or services industry.
  • Proven experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret supply chain data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
