Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated, punctual, and safety-focused asphalt paving equipment operators with previous paving experience for our construction team in Murfreesboro, TN.
Candidates need to be familiar and experienced in operating equipment for asphalt paving such as:
- Rake/Lute
- Skid Steer
- Backhoe
- Broom
- Asphalt Roller
- Asphalt Screws/Screed
- Paver
- Asphalt Distributor/Tack Truck (CDL required)
- Water Truck (CDL required)
- Full‑Time
- Day shift (some night work required)
- Wages starting at $23.00/hr
- Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of asphalt paving experience preferred.
- Experience in high‑traffic road construction, including MUTCD traffic control.
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, heat, humidity, dust and asphalt.
- Safety and efficient operation of heavy equipment.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
- Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; report major issues.
- Daily pre‑ and post inspections with documentation.
- Follow supervisor directions; perform general labor duties as needed.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license required.
