We are hiring 2 Civil Inspectors for an active power/industrial construction project in Tennessee with an immediate start
. The team needs inspectors with strong concrete, soil, and foundation experience.
- # of Openings: 2
- Schedule: Day shift
- Contract duration: 3-4 months with possibility of extension
- Contract type: W2
- Pay: Hourly with 1.5OT for hours over 40/week
- Per diem: Offered to candidates who meet the distance requirements
- Note: No C2C (solicitation emails will be ignored) / Candidates must be eligible and authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship or visa.
- Experience on power generation, gas facilities, industrial construction, or large EPC projects
- Familiarity with standard inspection reporting/document control processes
- 6 or more years experience working in accordance with ACI standards.
- Strong working knowledge of concrete foundations and structures, rebar, grout, and anchor bolts.
- Strong Earthworks background to include soils, backfills, comp actions, density / moisture tests.
- Must be well versed and proficient witnessing and inspecting pre-tensioning of bolts and installation of bolts in accordance with RCSC.
