Role Variant: IT Operations Support
Role Purpose (1–3 lines): Ensures the stability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and services. This role involves monitoring systems, resolving incidents, and supporting operational processes to maintain business.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance to ensure uptime and availability.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and updates for servers, applications, and network devices.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
- Assist in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding of new services into IT operations run environment.
- Degree: Graduate / Professional Degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
- Years of experience: Graduate - 5 to 7 years.
