Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in SaaS and a proven track record of managing large volumes of traffic in competitive industries. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in SEO strategy, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), with the ability to craft and implement innovative SEO tactics that drive organic growth. Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs is essential.

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, including metadata, internal linking, and content structure, to improve search visibility.
• Work closely with the content team to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and leads.
• Manage technical SEO aspects such as website audits, page speed optimization, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics using tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with the CRO team to optimize website user experience and maximize conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure SEO strategies remain effective.
• Perform backlink analysis and outreach to enhance domain authority.
• Identify opportunities for content marketing, including blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets to increase organic traffic.

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in the SaaS industry or with high-traffic websites in competitive niches
• Strong experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and others
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Demonstrated experience in content marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights to guide SEO strategies
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience in conducting site audits, resolving crawl issues, and improving page performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and content teams
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

• Experience with large-scale SEO campaigns for SaaS or similar industries
• Familiarity with A/B testing for CRO and UX improvements
