Full Time/Hourly
- Associates’ degree (AS) or equivalent, or 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to read drawings and view/understand 3D models
- Must be able to use handheld measuring devices and gauges
- Must be able to learn CMM and 3D scanning
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- CMM and 3D scanning experience
- AS400 knowledge
- Advanced organization skills
- LEAN Manufacturing background
- Advanced problem solving skills (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)
Check manufactured parts through the use of CMM, 3D Scanning, visual, and manual checks. Create and maintain QC reports for customer approval.
Essential Job Functions- Read and interpret drawings
- Use handheld measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc…)
- Communicate findings to Quality Manager
- Use lifting devices (crane, forklift, hoists, etc…)
