Who You'll Work With You'll be based in Nairobi and will be a part of the East Africa offices services team. You'll work with colleagues from across McKinsey, ranging from consultants to other support service professionals.

What You'll Do You will organize and maintain calendars as well as manage communications for the partner(s) you support.
In this role you will provide a range of administrative support such as travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission, accounting administration to effectively provide leverage to assigned partners. You will handle all telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner and you will develop strong ongoing rapport with other assistants supporting client service executives.
When needed, you will support the planning and execution of major projects and events including conference and other off-site meetings. You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
