Position: Specialized NICU/Pediatric Nurse Needed
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in NICU and Pediatrics, where your skills will directly impact young patients' lives. This position focuses on providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with established standards of practice.

As part of the nursing team, you will report to the Nurse Manager and concentrate on delivering tailored care to both neonates and pediatric patients. We are seeking applicants with a graduate degree from a recognized neonatal nursing program and current certification in both CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program, alongside practical pediatric experience.

Your role is vital in ensuring compliance with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates and children up to 16 years

• Engage with families regarding care plans and updates

• Organize and manage nursing tasks effectively

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community representatives

• Follow all guidelines set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives

Requirements:

• Completion of a neonatal nursing specialty program

• Registration as a practicing RN with BC College of Nurses

• Two years of experience in acute pediatric care

• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
