Bank of America invites you to join our team as a Financial Center Client Engagement Associate located in Nantucket, MA.
OverviewThis role focuses on engaging clients in the lobby, educating them about self‑service banking options, and handling cash transactions efficiently. You will build relationships, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless client experience while adhering to all banking regulations.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank.
- Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent collaboration skills, building and nurturing relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to improve clients’ financial lives.
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients.

- Efficient time and capacity management, focusing on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services with knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, or finance).

Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay range: $25.00 – $27.88, determined by experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits include competitive paid time off and other industry‑leading resources to support employees’ financial well‑being.
