Position: Hiring all Positions for Fast Casual RestaurantWe are looking to hire the heart of our kitchen at a new concept coming to Naperville called Currito.We are currently hiring for all positions. Cold prep, Hot prep, Cashiers, Food Assembly
As our cold prep production and hot prep production. As part of our cold prep kitchen team you will train on the following tasks: wash + weigh produce, prep production, dressing and sauce production as per Currito specifications. Candidates should possess basic knife skills, high energy, and an interest in clean/healthy living. Proper knife safety followed. Keeps kitchen equipment in good repair and clean. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Cold prep experience is ideal. Help to put received orders in designated areas.
As part of our hot prep production team we are looking for someone who will ensure all food is prepared to Curritio specs by following recipes, who will not over prep product to save on time but will adhere to Currito's strict fresh and full policy. Able to follow prep production sheets. Someone who can safely operate in a kitchen, who will follow proper knife safety procedures and can operate a flat grill, stove and oven and will keep equipment in proper working condition by not abusing equipment. Who will ensure that food is all help at a safe temperature. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized prep kitchen at all times, Responsible for deep cleaning equipment and hood vents. Manage communication between service team member and kitchen, ensuring the line in always stocked and able to recognize when par levels are low and communicating to the manager on how much more to prep. Puts received orders away in designated areas and by following FIFO.
