We are seeking an elite Service Advisor to join our client’s exotic vehicle dealership. This position is ideal for a highly professional individual who can provide a world-class customer experience while managing the unique needs of high-performance and exotic vehicle owners.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver concierge-level service to exotic vehicle clients.
- Build trusted relationships with a high-net-worth customer base.
- Present maintenance, repair, and performance recommendations professionally.
- Coordinate closely with master technicians and management.
- Manage complex repair orders and high-value transactions.
- Maintain proactive communication throughout the service process.
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the dealership's premium standards.
- Previous Service Advisor experience required.
- Luxury, highline, exotic, or performance brand experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of high sales performance and customer retention.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
