Driver Crew Member - Enhancements

Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Enhancement teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position will be a dual driver/crew member position responsible for driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape enhancement crew at each job site.

Responsibilities:

Safely driving a company work truck with a 24’ trailer

Performing daily vehicle inspections

Laying sod Installing pavers, stone walls, and hardscape projects

Installing mulch

Irrigation/sprinkler installation

Digging trenches and holes

Prepping soil areas for plantings

Hand-watering

Move soil, equipment and materials

Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties

Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements/

Skills:

Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check required

Experience safely driving a truck & trailer

Landscape installation experience and plant material knowledge required

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the dayMust be able to use hand tools and power equipment

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
