• Demonstrates strong knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and industry practices.
• Assists with coordinating HVAC service calls, scheduling, and dispatching technicians.
• Maintains accurate service records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Supports HVAC Service Manager with administrative and operational tasks.
• Communicates effectively with customers regarding HVAC service inquiries and appointments.
• Processes purchase orders, receives materials, and tracks HVAC inventory and parts.
• Coordinates warehouse duties related to HVAC equipment and supplies.
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance with HVAC company standards and procedures.
• Maintains organized electronic and hardcopy files for HVAC service and mechanical operations.
• Completes additional HVAC-related tasks as assigned by the HVAC Service Manager.
