What You'll Do:

• Learn to install, service, and repair residential and commercial garage doors.
• Diagnose issues and help provide solutions for customers.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
• Identify additional needs or improvement opportunities and make helpful recommendations-never pushy, always customer-focused.
• Earn more by providing great service and offering solutions that truly add value.
• Work directly with customers to explain services and ensure a great experience.
• Build hands-on skills using hand tools and power tools.
• Work with equipment like ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts safely and confidently.
• Build valuable mechanical and technical skills through hands-on training.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (no experience required).
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers.
• Comfortable working with your hands and solving problems.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and work on ladders.
• Physically able to bend, kneel, reach, and work in various environments.
• Garage door technicians may work in hot, cold, or dusty environments, both indoors and outdoors.
• Reliable and ready to show up every day with a team-first mindset.
