Nashville healthcare management company is expanding their Call Center and has openings in Customer Service for Case Managers:

Training hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Schedule hours: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (permanent schedule)

Temp-permanent positions


Responsible for supporting the prior authorization process by answering incoming telephone calls, resolving customer questions, complaints and requests.

**Calls involve individual case management and will require critical thinking to facilitate application process.

** Most calls are 45 minutes to 1 hour minimum**
Position Requirements
High School,   1 to 2 Years work experience

•High School diploma or equivalent. (REQUIRED)
•Medical terminology course(s) helpful.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance industry
•Ability to speak English fluently and professionally
•Use phone system effectively
•Multitask on a personal computer while conducting telephone conversations
•Work in a fast-paced call center environment while managing individual cases
Required Language Skills:
  • English - Good
